About Us
While we primarily work with girls and a few boys in our school-based programs, we also work in the community.
Over the last few summers, we hosted “Jazz in the Hood” at the Executive Director’s home.
Safe and Peaceful Communities recognized Global Girls contributions to intergenerational activities. Here’s a video of one of our Backyard Jams.
Meet the Team
Leadership
Our Staff, Board of Directors, and Volunteers help us make a difference in all aspects of our programming!

Christina Rice
Executive Director
Christina Rice, an alumna of Global Girls Inc., returns to lead the organization as Interim Executive Director in 2025. With a background in community development and technology, Christina has dedicated her career to bridging the gap between tech, investment, and community development, ensuring that underrepresented voices have a seat at the table.
Her leadership at Global Girls Inc. is rooted in a deep appreciation for the transformative power of the arts, just as she experienced as a young participant. Now, she is focused on strengthening Global Girls’ programming, partnerships, and long-term sustainability, ensuring that the next generation of girls continues to develop into confident, global citizens through performance, storytelling, and leadership training.

Patricia Davis
Managing Director/Business Manager
With extensive experience in business accounting, Ms. Davis has been an invaluable force at Global Girls Inc. since joining the team in July 2021. A master of numbers and strategy, she ensures the organization remains financially sound and positioned for long-term success.
Ms. Davis plays a critical role in managing all financial operations, including budgeting, monthly ledgers, invoicing, and billing schedules. She also oversees monthly vouchers and reimbursements, ensuring smooth financial processes that keep our programs running seamlessly. Beyond finance, her expertise extends into grant writing and sponsorship acquisition, helping secure the resources that fuel Global Girls’ mission.

She supervises the teaching artists, creates the performance calendar, secures performance contracts with outside agencies, and manages rehearsals for the Companies. In addition Ryonn is also a substitute teaching artist, and our lead choreographer.
