Summer Camp Begins

Global Girls Youth Performance Camp will operate for 8 weeks during the summer, Monday through Friday from 9am until 3pm. The program will begin the first Monday after the official end of the CPS 20-21 school year in June and end 8 weeks later. Youth will learn social emotional skills, communication skills, dance and acting skills as well as teamwork,and critical thinking skills.The Youth Performance Camp is designed to give at risk youth a safe place to learn new skills, meet new friends and expand their experiences and comfort zone through field trips.Challenging their thinking and open their minds to possibilities. In partnership with the Greater Chicago Food Depository, youth will receive daily breakfast, lunch and snacks.
